Registration Procedures for SLA Mobile Services

To subscribe to SLA Mobile Services, you would need to register your mobile phone with SLA. Please follow the procedures below to apply for SLA Mobile Services and start enjoying the flexibility provided by SLA Mobile Services.

Step 1:

Before you apply for SLA Mobile Services, please click here to read the Terms and Conditions of Use (including Specific Terms and Conditions of Use of SLA Mobile Services) which apply to customers of SLA Mobile Services.

Step 2:

As the payment mode in SLA Mobile Services is through Interbank GIRO deduction, customers would need an approved GIRO account with SLA for transacting in SLA Mobile Services.

  • An existing SLA customer having a GIRO account with SLA

If you have an Existing GIRO account with SLA, Please download and complete the Authorisation form Direct Credit Authorisation Form

  • A new customer

If you do not have an existing GIRO account with SLA, Please download and complete the Interbank GIRO Form (Direct Debit Authorisation Form)Inter-Bank Giro Application Form , the Direct Credit Authorisation Form Direct Credit Authorisation Form and the Authorisation Form SLA Mobile Service Auth Form

Step 3: 

Please send the completed forms to the following address for our processing:

Step 4: 

SLA will contact you once your application is approved.
