Why should a user subscribe to INLIS?
Subscription to INLIS allows you to pay for INLIS services via GIRO. Payment by GIRO is recommended for corporate users as the organisation can track and view past INLIS transactions. Non-corporate users can also apply for payment by GIRO if they wish to.
To view past transactions, subscribers will need to obtain and approved Interbank GIRO account and complete the GIRO Subscriber User Profile. Subscribers can view their past transactions by loggin in with the User Id (NRIC or FIN Number) and Password (as provided by you in the GIRO Subscriber User Profile).
Anyone can subscribe to INLIS.
There is no subscription fees involved. You only pay for the products you have purchased.
Is there any difference in services provided to subscribers of GIRO payment and non-subscribers of GIRO payment?
No, subscribers and non-subscribers can access the same number of products in INLIS.
How do I apply for GIRO payment?
Recommended for corporate users, who will be able to track INLIS usage.
If you want to apply for GIRO payment, you will need to download and complete the following 3 forms.
We will contact you once your application is approved.
You will need to ensure that you have a valid SingPass account for authentication. You will also need to do some simple configuration for your PC for SingPass which is explained in the System Requirements page. Please note that SingPass is free. If you do not have a SingPass account, you can apply for one at http://www.ecitizen.gov.sg/singpass/about_singpass.htm

What is the Direct Debit Authorisation form?
The Direct Debit Authorisation form authorises INLIS to deduct money from your specified bank account.
What is the Direct Credit Authorisation form?
The Direct Credit Authorisation form authorises INLIS to credit money to your specified bank account in refund case.
What is the Authorisation Form?
The Authorization Form instructs INLIS to register the nominated persons listed in the application form as authorised persons to transact business on behalf of the applicant. All purchases made on INLIS web site will be deducted from the applicant's specified bank account as indicated in the Direct Debit Authorisation form.
How long does it take to process my application?
It may take up to 3 working weeks to process your application. This period is inclusive of approval of GIRO from your specified bank.
How do I know whether my application is accepted or rejected?
INLIS Helpdesk will contact you once the application has been approved.
Once my application has been approved, can I start using INLIS?
Yes, if you already have a valid SingPass account. If not, you can apply for one here.
Do I have to notify INLIS operator if one of my nominated staff has resigned?
Yes, you can write to inlis_help@Satyam.com to notify us once your nominated staff has left your company's employment.
