Hardware Requirement

The minimum hardware requirements are:

• Pentium III installed with Windows 98 / NT 4.0 / Windows 2000 / Windows ME / Windows XP.
• 128 Mbytes of RAM, 100 Mbytes available hard disk space.
• 2 serial ports available for modem.
• 56.6 kbps modem / Broadband Connection.
• Printer that supports 300 dpi (optional).

The minimum software requirements are:

• Internet Explorer 5.5 and above.
• Acrobat Reader version 7.0- For viewing and printing on local printer.
• SingPass uses Java Applet for added security. To make your computer Java enabled or Java Virtual Machine installed, please follow the steps provided in http://www.ecitizen.gov.sg/singpass/sys_requirements.htm

• For Credit Card Payments, Enets require the latest Java application on your computer for a more secured environment. You can download the latest JRE from here.
  
• For customers on the free Maxonline Flexisurf by Starhub, you would not be able to access eNets for credit card payments. If you require further clarifications, please contact Starhub directly
